Hindu temple in Dubai: formal opening, prayer times, and reservations
On Wednesday, a Hindu temple in Dubai will open in time for visitors to observe Dussehra.
On Tuesday evening, there will be a formal inauguration to which interfaith leaders, diplomats, and government representatives have been invited.
The place of worship is situated beside multiple churches and a Sikh gurdwara in Dubai's Jebel Ali neighbourhood.
The stark white temple, which combines Indian and Arabic design, stands out because to its tall brass spires, metal latticework on the exterior, and marble hand carvings.
The trustees of the temple have invited visitors of all nations and religious convictions to come and learn more about Hinduism, Indian culture, and customs.
The temple is open daily from 6.30am until 8.30pm from October 5.
